Several months ago I picked this up from a nice young mother in Red Deer. This was given to her from her uncle, who originally purchased this.

I found this on Market Place and was one of very many inquiring about it. I messaged her, “when I could see and pickup the table and if she would like cash or for me to e-transfer money to her account.”

She contacted me back and gave me a time. I had two of my friends and myself (mostly them) carry this up the stairs from her basement and loaded all the items into my truck. It came with nice aluminum case that contained chips, cards, dice, dealer and blind markers.

While we (mostly them) were loading, she told me that she had so many others contact her, but my message stood out. She said, “I was to the point stating that I wanted it for what she was asking and would pick it up at her convivence.” Others tried to haggle or give her offers without even looking at it. She asked me, “If I am going to sell it later, she would like, first chance at it”. I told her I will, but I plan on keeping it or one of my children would love to have this in their game room.

If you really want something and it might be a few dollars higher then you think it should, but it is a rare item, do not insult them, “Pay their price and smile as you now own it”.

This Casino Pub/Bar table is made by SportCraft who was established in 1926.

This Pub Table features:

  • Nice bar top with brass foot railing.

  • On the back side it has a 15 bottle wine rack and two 2 feet wide cupboards with a shelve in each one.

  • The main base table is a Craps table.

  • The bar top flips over to become the Texas Hold’em table

  • Then it has a roulette table insert with a nice brass and teak wood roulette wheel.

This piece has very nice detail in the design. It is very well made. It does has some joinery items that will need to be glued again and several large glue blobs on the front. I am not sure why anyone would put this much glue on a crack or fix. Then a nice stain fix or re-stain, clear finish, and then finishing wax.

The condition of the table is great for using “as is”, but I want to make it a nice Vintage Casino Pub Table.

Below are pictures from her post on Market Place:

I will continue to post more about this project as I proceed.
