After moving from Lakeway Landing in Sylvan Lake Alberta to our condo in Sylvan Lake, I needed a place to work. I tried several garages that I rented from others and it was either the times I could build or the travel to where the shop was located.
I ran across Premier Portable Buildings here in Canada and contacted Greg Reese. He told me that they make a 12×32 foot garage on skids. It has 2 insulated window, one man door, and a 10 foot wide roll up door. He told me it take 6 weeks for the build and delivery. I asked him if there were any built ones in a different location. He called around and checked and BAM, he had a person that wanted to hold off on his delivery for 4 weeks.
So, I had my shop 2 days later…

I have added an electrical panel, outlets, heater, and started building items for my shop.
