This Mobile Work Cart is very easy to make and uses minimal plywood and materials to build. I used a 7/16 OSB sheet and three 8 feet 2×4 for this project.
I did purchase from Princess Auto two 4 in. Thermoplastic-Rubber Rigid Casters and two 4 in and two Thermoplastic-Rubber Swivel Casters. They support 180lb Load Capacity.
There are so many ways to make a mobile work cart. I wanted just a simple cart that held my planer and my Oscillating Spindle Sander. I will also use this for my drill press and band saw. I might add a drawer under the top to hold the wrenches and keys for each of my tools.
I just like to keep things simple and affordable for anyone to build.
