The process for creating our custom furniture begins with the wood. The materials that we use are usually sourced locally here in Central Alberta. These raw materials form the perfect foundation for making unique pieces that meet our clients’ specific custom furniture needs.
Our approach is to design and carefully considers both form and function. This modest approach allows the age and patina of the materials to speak for themselves. Reclaimed wood is rich with character and often bears the scars of time——nail holes, cracks, checks and saw marks all reflect the material’s previous life as a piece of Alberta history.
It is our intention for all of our work, including our custom furniture, to have a timeless feel. We take great care and pride in each and every piece we build.
Because each piece is handcrafted and hand-finished, our turnaround time from order to delivery is approximately four to ten weeks. We welcome custom built pieces and enjoy designing them for you.
