This Crosscut Sled is very easy to make and uses minimal plywood and materials to build. I used scrape 5/8 Baltic Birch plywood that I had laying around from another project. There are so many ways to make crosscut sleds with clamping systems, sliding stop blocks, aluminum rails, and a mounted measuring tape.
